营销歪传——教你如何从公众号后台数据洞悉用户潜台词
很多网站以及应用软件开发商(比如QQ和微信),都有自己的数据分析后台。一个要做营销的人如果只是简单的看看自己今天有几个赞,有多少粉丝,而不去分析这些后台数据,研究其背后的原因,随时调整自己的营销内容,那他就算不上真正地会做营销。
如果你是一个手机行业的市场调研员,你会很高兴看到这个数据,当然根据每个人的朋友圈和人数的不同,采样的结果也会有所不同,但在一定的范围内也是具有其象征性的。
例如你能从一篇手机品牌使用数据里判断出有接近40%的人用的是Iphone 7Plus, 这个说明中国人民的生活水平在不断提升,整个市场中最受欢迎的还是苹果系列,几乎垄断了整个手机行业。卖肾机的威力果然大!!但仅仅只到这里是不够的,身为一个营销手,你要从中寻找商机。
比如你是个卖手机壳的,你就可以如鱼得水地开始营销了,有点判断都不会把三星的手机壳向苹果用户推销吧。
展开思维,什么电板、贴膜、手机字母刻字、外接手机U盘、摄像头、数据线等等等等
如果你是一个粉丝众多的流量主,那么你完全可以根据这些数据去谈一个手机广告商,或者其他手机相关类的什么商,营销说难很难,说简单也简单,主要是看个人思维。

再者例如你从一张两篇文章阅读数据表看出图文阅读人数有14个,但被浏览了27次。 这说明读者觉得此文有用,但可能当时有事,所以看了点就关了。等之后空的时候想起来,就又再打开一次接着看。
重头戏来了,从公众号会话打开,这才是最需要关注的营销点,这可以说明此文在公众号发布后,有多少个关注者是专门特别通过公众号路径去看这篇文章的。
这才是整个数据最有意思的地方,它代表关注者在跟你说:我对这个公众号很有兴趣,我特地点进订阅号,在一堆公众号里找到你,完全可以说是铁粉卦了!!这比转发到朋友圈里打开还有价值。
如果你是一个营销者,你就知道从公众号里阅读的这些人才是你需要重点营销的目标。
假如你是一个搞营销的,你写了一篇文章,是不是希望有实单成交而远远超过能得到高阅读量和高点赞?所以收藏次数就是你的转换量,这些可能就是你未来的实单客户,收藏是为了什么?是为了有一天拿出来用,所以如何下猛药去推动那些人你懂了吗?
当然说得那么热闹,其实你是看不到具体是谁收藏了谁从公众号点进来看你的,但是至少你会对自己的营销水平和效果有个很直观的认识,如果你的文从来没有人收藏,或者有人专门从公众号点击来看,那其实已经没有什么持续的必要了,除非你去雇佣一个写手看看能不能改善,如果你只是做做兴趣那么就另说。
BTW:据统计,一般点赞数达到阅读数的3%就可以偷笑了,收藏数当然是越多越好,从公众号打开的数量越多证明你的公众号越吸引人,不然就不会有人专门点进来看,而转发代表一种认同或者是向其他人寻求同感。
