有智商有情商,啥是睡商?
“睡商”是由美国睡眠医学者首先提出来的,主要用于作为参考睡眠质量的标准。
睡商是记录了你对睡眠知识的了解程度,包括自我心理认识的过程,以及与他人、环境、社会的关系和适应程度。
不妨来个“睡商”小测试?
下面是来自美国国家睡眠基金会的一套测试题,每题1分:
1、能在15分钟内入睡,晚上11:00点前睡着;
2、每晚醒来5分钟以上的次数不超过1次;
3、在床上的时间有85%在睡觉;
4、入睡前不会回想白天发生的事;
5、晚上几乎不做梦;
6、出差换床对睡眠也毫无影响;
7、周围稍有动静,也不会被吵醒;
8、每天清晨醒来时神清气爽;
9、白天精神充沛、头脑清晰;
10、午睡时间不超过30分钟。
测试结果:8分以上,睡商优秀;5分以上,勉强及格;5分以下,睡商堪忧。
那么,如果睡商不及格,有没有办法调整呢? 英国著名的睡眠教练在《睡眠革命》中,给出了这几个解决方案:
1、睡前3小时,最后一次进食;
2、睡觉前90分钟做好入睡准备,最后一次喝水,刷牙洗漱;
3、关闭电子产品;
4、关掉卧室的主光源,打开暖色灯具;
5、确保被子厚度合适,卧室温度保持在16~18摄氏度;
6、利用睡前时光对卧室略加整理,准备衣服、归置物品;
7、适量轻微运动一番,检查好门窗,保证安全。然后尽量用鼻子呼吸;8、周末也要遵循计划,完成醒后例行计划,然后回床上继续休息,看部电影、娱乐一番。
