电商突围新机会
在传统的电商平台里,流量的中心化让不少商家盈利一天比一天难,成本一天比一天高。随着腾讯封杀某宝客,很多原本寄希望于依靠某宝客带销量的梦想也随之被打破。在这种情况下电商该如何把握机会突出重围呢?
按人们购物的天性,传统电商平台始终占有绝对的优势,就像外出买东西,肯定都是要“逛”的,那么,为什么社交电商会突然崛起,出现拼多多这样的巨头型社交电商平台。
而自媒体的爆发,似乎为社交电商这一风口插上了翅膀,流量平台去中心化,但是人们获取流量的成本却更低了,获取的渠道也更多。
我们以小程序引流为例,现在很多商家通过小程序做砍价、拼团等活动,通过微信群、朋友圈,很快实现裂变。
而现在百度也在推出百度智能小程序,可以出现在百度系列的任何产品中,似乎获取流量更加容易了。就拿百度旗下的自媒体平台百家号来说,很多自媒体发一篇文章能够获得好几万、十几万甚至更多的阅读,如果在这样的文章中插入一个购物的小程序,难以想象会是什么效果。
在传统的电商平台里,因为受限于资金、规模,难以获得更大的流量,但是以后就不一样了。或许以后今日头条、阿里也会做自己平台的小程序。那么对于商家来说,以后布局小程序矩阵,就像布局今天的自媒体矩阵一样,来自四面八方的流量,会让你的产品和品牌获得更大的曝光。
在未来,小程序或许就是电商商家突围的一个最佳的机会,做得好了,也许下一个拿到亿级美元融资的独角兽就是你。
不过,也正因为互联网的去中心化,使得我们的渠道越来越分散,同时也带来了诸多问题,比如订单的分发,总不能按传统的方式手工拆单分发给渠道商、供应商、分销商等,对应的仓储物流、售后、财务结算等问题,也会带来大量的工作,这时候一款支持所有渠道订单协同、一键分发的工具就显得更重要了。
