变压器专用茶色PI胶带
茶色PI耐高温胶带又称聚酰亚胺胶带,是以聚酰亚胺薄膜为基材,采用进口有机硅压敏胶粘剂;具有耐高低温、耐酸碱、耐溶剂、电气绝缘(H级)、防辐射等性能。在电子电工行业可用于较高要求的H级电机和变压器线圈绝缘包扎,耐高温线圈端部包扎固定,测温热电阻保护,电容及电线缠结和其它在高温工作条件下的粘结绝缘。为了满足客户在变压器上不同的需求,我司推出了多款不同厚度的茶色PI耐高温胶带1.100μm双层茶色PI耐高温胶带
100μm的双层茶色PI高温胶带是我司的高端产品之一,其原理是利用两片50μm的茶色耐高温胶带通过特殊粘合剂贴合而成;工艺复杂,对贴合技术要求较高,因此能够生产的厂商并不多。相比起其他类型的耐高温胶带,100μm双层茶色PI耐高温胶带具有更多优势:
•具有UL认证编号,符合终端客户需求的高标准;
•产品厚度达到了100μm,具有优异的绝缘性,耐穿性,耐酸碱性,可耐高温300度/10分钟,180度可长时间使用;
•不残胶、粘性强、服贴性出色;
•性价比高:虽然该产品的生产条件要求都比较高,但是永冠实业有限公司已成熟掌握其生产工序,对于我司的成本管控也在合理范围,因此让客户利用实惠的价格用上质量更好的产品,达到双赢的目的才是我司的初衷;

2.其它厚度茶色PI耐高温胶带
除了特殊的100μm双层茶色PI胶带,我司还提供有厚度为:35μm、50μm、55μm、60μm,且不同剥离力(下文称为粘力)的茶色PI耐高温胶带,我司可根据客户不同的厚度以及粘力要求,精准地提供所需产品。虽然厚度不一,但是都具有高绝缘、耐高温、耐酸碱、低电解、良好机械性能、耐磨擦、抗撕裂等性能特点;
此外,我司的茶色PI耐高温胶带皆采用美国道康宁进口有机硅压敏胶,保证不残胶、粘性好、无胶层转移、无拉丝现象;宽幅及卷长可按照客户要求进行定制。且我司的茶色PI耐高温胶带皆具有UL认证、卤素报告、ROHS及REACH报告,满足终端客户的高标准需求。欢迎有需要的客户联系我司业务人员!
