冬病夏治三伏灸,夏天适合艾灸吗?
答案是肯定的!甚至可以说正因为是夏天,我们才更需要艾灸。

3、夏天艾灸未雨绸缪,是为秋冬储备阳气,使冬季亦阳气充足,阴精敛藏而不外泄,从而调整阴阳平衡,提高抗病能力,预防冬季旧病复发,或减轻其症状。
4、《黄帝内经》中经常说到天人合一,认为人体的阳气与自然界生物的阳气相应,生于春,旺于夏,收于秋,藏于冬。夏季艾灸,堪称顺应天时,比我吃什么补药都要好!
中医里常说冬病夏治,许多冬季难以调理的疾病,到了夏天都会变得比较容易办到。特别是一些慢性顽固病,夏天艾灸调理后效果往往更显著。
1、慢性呼吸疾病:比如鼻炎,哮喘,支气管炎,慢性咳嗽这些,多属于寒症,这些病在冬天都是很顽固的。夏天就不同了,“寒者温之”,作为一年中阳性最盛的季节,占据了天时人和,艾灸之阳与天地阳气相辅相成,同气相求,事半功倍。
2、女性疾病:主要是虚、寒性的痛经、慢性盆腔炎等,病机主要是肾气不足、肾阳虚弱,痰淤阻滞。
3、消化系统疾病:有的人一吃冷饮就易胃痛,空调房待久了就频频拉肚子,如果放个热水袋在肚子上,他们可能会觉得舒服些,这些多属于脾胃虚寒。
夏天艾灸,升阳气,温阳、助阳、驱除寒邪优势明显,特别是冬天有备受慢性疾病困扰的人,千万不要错过了!
艾灸的注意事项有:
1、在艾灸的时候,或艾灸的整个过程中,我们最忌讳喝冷水,吃凉饭,这样做如同给艾灸撤火,不利于疾病的康复。
2、艾灸前最好喝一杯温水,高于体温。艾灸后最好补充一杯热水60度左右,稍稍有点烫嘴的。
3、艾灸后如果先马上洗手,希望你用热水,高于体温的,50度左右即可。如果不是风湿类疾病,寒性疾病,灸后30分钟可以用凉水,但是,原则上不要急于用冷水,艾灸后如果想马上洗手,希望你用热水。
4、艾灸是需要我们保持情绪稳定的,太过悲伤不利于艾灸,在这种情况下施灸,效果会大打折扣。并且吃的过饱或不吃都不适合艾灸,尤其是一些患有肠胃疾病的患者,这些问题更加应该避免。
