通过“分销与零售两手抓”的市场策略,一方面提高在本地市场的知名度,另一方面下沉小区业务,着重提高小区口碑力量与覆盖率,新乡花王水漆首年成功发展分销加盟近30家,年销售额超300万。孟宪汝表示,未来两年,新乡花王水漆将要建立三家直营店以及80家分销加盟店,跻身河南涂料市场前三。经销商做大做强,投入与服务意识是关键。石家庄花王水漆,坚持“好位置、精装修、开大店”的理念,自去年加盟以来,雷广义先后投入3个店面与1个三层楼的艺术涂料培训中心,并建立起一支专业的14人营销服务团队,奠定极高的竞争优势。雷广义坦言石家庄涂料市场竞争激烈,而极致的服务就是突破口。未来,石家庄花王水漆将扩大布局至6个店面,以“产品+品牌+服务”打造4小时服务圈,制胜石家庄涂料市场!做趋势,才能造得起浪。马凯认为,花王水漆,本身就是一股趋势。他把开封花王水漆形容为市场上的一匹黑马,不仅拥有惊人的发展势头,并且在短时间内树立起良好的品牌形象,有口皆碑。在还没完全铺开零售渠道的情况下,开封花王水漆仅通过开发分销与油工资源,已做到了当地市场前列。接下来,马凯将重点扶持8-10家优质分销,共同深耕零售,在两至三年内坐上开封市场的头把交椅!分销、批发、工程、零售都是必要目标渠道,太和花王水漆通过建立“防水分销”与“家装分销”双通道,以防水基材进行渗透,全线铺入多元化产品,带动中高端产品进场,打好产品配套组合拳,为零售体系的铺开奠定产品与渠道基础。未来三年,付俭峰将依靠防水与零售体系的带动,实现年销500万的目标,力争将花王水漆做成安徽太和涂料市场的头部品牌!
