据叶总介绍,2019年开始,他觉得门窗生意突然变得有点难做,仅凭从价格的基础上想办法做活动搞促销、走设计渠道已经远远不够了。当时有过一段时间迷茫,一直苦于找不到方法。直到怡发总部助力打造标杆门店后,毕节店又重新找到了方向。经历三个月的考核,叶总本人在管理团队方面得到了很大的提升,包括团队的成长也立竿见影。

团队的力量不容小觑,团队合作才能取胜。毕节店队伍庞大,销售人员23个,团队间既是合作也是竞争。毕节店把大团队细分成销售小组,每个月进行各小组的业绩PK,致力于打造最强团队。
— 做引爆性活动 —
门店要长期、良性、持续、健康发展,转变思路是关键。毕节店每个月举办大型活动,目的在于活动的运营具有引爆性,能够在较短的时间内对目标数据进行提升。
— 细化销售目标 —
全民皆兵,千斤重担人人挑,人人头上有指标。从老板到下面的员工,层层细分销售目标,细化到季度、月度、周度和日度,每个人必须对结果负责。
— 注重人才培养 —
怡发的人才观:怡发不能发现和培养人才就是犯罪。毕节店把这个人才观建立在自主团队的培训体系上,每周有2次的培训会议。针对不同的员工进行不同的课程培训,给员工搭建上台展示、锻炼口才和讲解能力的平台。
— 完善各项机制 —
老板员工一条心,面对竞争同舟共济。全员配合门店各项工作,严格执行销售服务标准流程、门店考勤制度、早夕会的主持、活动量管理等多项制度。
