“小程序+社交电商”=?

在开通微信小程序的商户中,电商小程序商户占比达到29.62%,相较于其他行业占比最高。较于男性消费者,女性消费者的订单数、订单支付金额的占比均领先男性,电商小程序的“她经济”效应明显。
因此,电商行业在运营小程序的过程中,可以选择更多吸引女性用户的打法,折扣、满减券、拼团等,都能够为商户带来更高的转化率。

除了零售电商行业之外,小程序亦成为以线下生活服务商家为代表的服务业推进数字化的一大利器。小程序主体中,服务业占比高达94%,这也意味着,微信小程序已成为推动服务业效能提升的重磅工具。
内容类社交电商类进入爆发期
根据相关数据显示,网络购物类小程序在社区团购和垂直电商的双轮驱动下大幅增长,在数量上更是超越了小游戏。生活服务、视频类小程序也表现出了较好的成长性。
此外,“快手”正通过微信小程序完成社交电商交易闭环、微信小程序升级“好物圈”,上线“物流助手”接口为社交电商赋能。这都表明了,内容类、社交电商类小程序正进入爆发期。
电商行业一直在发展变化,新的行业概念层出不穷,消费者的购物行为习惯也悄然变化。微信社交工具带来的流量红利,越来越多的购物行为发生在社交场景里,在关注的朋友圈、好友互动中就能直接买到喜欢的商品。这就是现在被炒的火热的“社交电商”,而小程序也正在改变着传统零售的模式。

后电商时代,传统电商平台的流量红利不再,移动社交已经占据了人们日常生活方方面面,突破传统电商模式的社交电商已经成为用户消费习惯之一,在电商正规军的攻城之下,社交电商已经开始洗牌。
