电商卖家:品类没选好半年没订单,卖给朋友不要,免费送人没人要
现在做电商,可以说选品选货源比以前做电商要重要得多,因为现在做电商的人太多,选大众化的类目竞争大,选小众的类目,又有风险!
一位卖家因为品类没选好,半年都没有订单,卖给亲戚朋友没人要,免费送人也没有人要!
这位姓范的淘宝店主表示:自己因为接触电商行业不久,对选品方面的不是太了解,头一两个月因为是没有宣传好的缘故没什么订单,但后来由推广宣传引来的流量也挺多的,但就是没有成交量,这才让我意识到是不是产品出了问题。
眼看快半年了,还没订单,便宜卖给亲戚朋友,结果没人愿意要,最后想着把这批货不打算赚钱,免费送出去后再换一个类目,但结果是免费送都没人要,这送都送不出去!
对于新进入电商行业的商家来说,选品确实不是一件易事,除了刚申请一家店铺进行选品的商家,还有一种商家,同样纠结于选品,或者说选店铺,我认识的一个朋友,想开网店,但在易佰店上选来选去,到现在都没有成功拿下店铺!
他是如何选店铺的呢?先看价格,再看店铺各方面的质量,最后再看类目!到最后要不是价格不合适,要不是店铺不满意,还有就是品类不喜欢。
这朋友一看,就是门外汉,我就跟他说,你先想好自己想开什么类目的店铺,想好了之后,再找这一类目的店铺!
但这个朋友,现在又开始纠结于选什么品类,可能正是因为选品的重要性,才让他纠结于此,选品要考虑太多的因素,比如说利润、受众程度、需求度……每一个因素都让人头疼!
现在做电商,可以说选品的重要性高达70%,有一些店铺品类选得好,利润高、竞争又小,虽然是小众类的商品,但受众程度大,每个月的订单都不会低于1000,而有些店铺品类选得不好,连刷单、直通车都拯救不了!
就比如上述所说的,品类没选好,送人都没人要,但毕竟利润高、做得人不多、竞争小、受众度高的商品到现在是非常少的,但不是没有!
这样的商品,必须得快人一步,因为一旦你发现晚了,这个商品的市场基本已经被瓜分完了,等你再去做的时候,已经没有任何的优势,这个时候想要做好,就需要比别人投入更多的财力、物力、人力!但最后还不一定能做好,很容易形成成本大于收入的状态!
做电商,很多都是到后来才知道选品的重要性,品类没选好,做太多的推广宣传也是徒劳,当然选品并非易事,还需要我们去深入挖掘,并且快人一步,做第一个吃到瓜的卖家。
