苹果A13芯片首次曝光:性能战神,提升巨大!
每年9月,苹果都会发布最新款iPhone。作为旗舰手机,历代iPhone在性能方面几乎一直处于顶尖水平,每年一更新的A系列芯片,配合全新的iOS系统,更是让iPhone的性能发挥到了最大化。
今年秋天,苹果即将发布搭载A13芯片的新iPhone,现在距离苹果秋季发布会越来越近了,苹果A13的性能表现也开始引人关注。
性能得到进一步提升那是肯定的。不过具体提升幅度有多少,达到什么水平,在新手机推出之前我们无法得知,不过外媒Macworld则根据过往数据来进行了一波预测。
Macworld认为,苹果A13芯片会使用台积电7纳米EUV工艺制造,虽然同样是7纳米工艺,但由于技术改进所以性能也有一定提升。他们预测A13芯片的晶体管数量和A12X一样,但有机会升级到3+4的七核心设计,所以性能要比A12X强不少。
具体数字上,Macworld猜测,A13的CPU单核性能可以达到5200分以上,而多核性能有机会达到16000分水平。光是从数字来看,苹果A13芯片的GeekBench 4跑分表现已经超过所有的智能手机芯片(包括A12X)和大部分X86电脑芯片,性能非常彪悍。
至于GPU方面,Macworld表示苹果芯片的GPU性能近年来有放缓的趋势,所以预测A13的GPU性能或许不敌年底推出的高通骁龙8系旗舰。再者苹果芯片的GPU性能可能会受到内存带宽的限制,性能飞跃或许是2020年的事情了。
虽然说是预测,但Macworld的分析算是有理有据,预测数字也比较靠谱,波老师认为结论还算合理。或许对普通消费者来说总会出现「苹果手机不堆硬件」的假象,但实际上苹果手机却是行业中最注重性能的产品,他们的SoC性能一直都是行业顶尖。
实际上伴随着iPad Pro 2018出现的A12X芯片已经非常强悍,无论是CPU性能还是GPU性能均一骑绝尘。可想而知,以苹果的芯片研发实力通过堆料打造出一款性能超群的SoC根本不是问题,唯一的考虑因素只有成本和商业利益而已。
值得一提的是,苹果A13芯片还将大幅提升AI性能。全新的神经网络引擎会让苹果A13芯片的AI性能在A12仿生的基础上再增加3-5倍。通过强大的算力,我们可以获得优秀的拍照效果,同时还能为Siri语音助手带来更多用户体验出色的新功能。
