“堵城”最新排名出炉,人工智能技术发展能否解决“堵城”问题?
近日,高德地图联合中国社会科学院社会学研究所、城市公共交通智能化技术实验室、未来交通与城市计算联合实验室等单位共同发布《2019年Q1中国主要城市交通分析报告》。《报告》显示,基于路网高峰行程延时指数监测发现,50个主要城市中,有50%的城市拥堵同比下降,40%的城市基本持平,仅10%的城市拥堵上升。拥堵同比降幅最大的城市是扬州,路网高峰行程延时指数同比下降10.7%;拥堵上升幅度最大的城市是郑州,路网高峰行程延时指数同比上升4.07%。

随着城市是化的进程,交通拥堵是一个城市必须面对的问题,作为现在被无限看好的人工智能技术能否在在未来交通发展中解决城市拥堵顽疾呢?
1、 "城市大脑技术"大数据处理结合机器视觉
在2016年的杭州云栖大会期间,杭州市政府就联合阿里巴巴推出了"城市大脑"智慧城市建设计划,并首战交通拥堵。作为试点城市杭州的"城市大脑",城市数据大脑上线测试运行后,通过对交通实时数据的收集进行处理,给出最优解决方案,进行实时的调控试点的22公里高架路平均延误降低15.3%,出行节省时间4.6分钟,地面主干路的平均延误降低了8.5%,出行节省时间1分钟。这个看不起眼的数据但是取得这样的数据变化也是非常不容易。
二、5G通讯结合无人驾驶技术
如果说城市大脑可以给出最优化调控,但是没办法控制驾驶人员的"素质"。
南方都市报发布了一则"道路"肠梗阻"罪魁"的新闻,在交警微信公众平台发起的一项关于交通阻塞原因投票中,票选比例最高的前四分别为:非机动车在机动车道逆行、穿插、随意变线,占总票数的17%;堵车时加塞占总票数的16%;违法停车、堵车时借道或占用对面车道超车两类均占总票数的13%。其余分别为:行人随意横穿马路占11%,掉头、转弯不让直行车和开车打手机两类均占10%,发生轻微交通事故不"快处快赔"占8%。这情况也是造成交通拥堵的很大一部分原因。
现在5G通讯技术得以运用和推广,如果基于人工智能的无人驾驶技术得以成熟落地应用,加上"城市大脑"的协调指挥,拥堵问题能有多大的改观呢?有资料显示智能交通对交通系统的效率提升效果显著,在全部都是智能车辆的情况下,交叉口的通行效率可以提升50%到100%。我也曾经做过简单测算,大面积的无人驾驶电动共享汽车(EA Car-sharing)将可能会使城市道路的通行效率(按人次计算)累计可增至目前的2-3倍,这就类似于将现有道路面积增加了2-3倍,当然这是极其理想的情况,在这种情形之下,可以认为,城市交通拥堵将会得到总体缓解。
治理城市交工拥堵问题,需要方方面面的协调,城市规划部门的合理规划,交通工具的发展,驾驶人员的交通意识驾驶习惯,人民出行方式的推广。不管是"城市大脑"还是"无人驾驶技术"我们也知道个体的使用、小范围的试用、大范围的推广都会有很大的区别,技术的发展同时也推进社会的进步,我们希望不久的将来,这些技术能给我们交通出行带来更加便捷,更加舒适的出行环境。
