淘宝店难再出"贵子",天猫店将一店难求!
你听说过"三只松鼠"、"韩都衣舍"、"御泥坊"么?
这些土生土长的淘品牌犹如海贼王中的"One Piece",像宝藏一样的吸引着无数人开启了电商创业之旅,而近年来除了淘宝的自营品牌,却再难有知名淘品牌的出现,而原先发展起来的淘品牌也已经集体迈入了天猫。
阿里巴巴为何要在淘宝的基础上做一个天猫?
其实淘宝好比一个大集市,分布在全国各个角落,商品多而杂,质量参差不齐。而天猫相当于一个高端商场,只存在于繁华的市中心,店铺的入驻门槛高,商品品质优,但商品种类远少于淘宝。
在淘宝创立之初,网购人群数量暴涨,网店市场遍地开花,电商基本处于只要开网店卖货就能赚钱的阶段。
而当商品供大于求,处于买方主导的市场,商家开始竞争抢流量,通过刷好评、付费推广、亏本甩卖等方式来提升销量,此时极易引发价格战,导致真正优质的商家和产品从电商市场流失。
天猫的定位就是给消费者提供更好的产品和服务,让商家通过品牌让产品产生溢价值,消费者愿意花更多的钱去购买自己信任的品牌产品,商家也摆脱价格战的束缚,而当年京东的出现更是加快了阿里巴巴对天猫的布局。
如今越来越多的淘宝商家开始向天猫转移,那么相对于淘宝,开天猫店有什么好处呢?
天猫店的形象定位高
淘宝店的主体是个人,而天猫店的主体是企业,所以天猫店往往是公司品牌和实力的象征。天猫店的售后服务要求更高,所以消费者潜意识中认为天猫的产品更有保障,在购买名牌产品或者高客单价产品时,消费者也更倾向于在天猫店购买!
淘宝流量向天猫倾斜
手淘(手机淘宝)搜索占的流量比例在逐年提升,相对于电脑端,手淘页面展示给消费者的产品商家更少,同时手淘会给消费者优先推荐天猫店铺,天猫店在手淘中所占的比例有多大?下面是笔者在手淘搜索"玩具"类目展示的界面:
手淘首先推荐的综合排名,其中淘宝店被放到了手淘第二屏(一屏展示六家店),而在销量排名中,前两屏全部都是天猫店。也就是说,手淘里的搜索流量绝大部分都流向了天猫商家。
而目前淘宝商家只能迁移到细分的冷门类目与天猫商家竞争,做一些天猫商家看不上眼的产品,才有发迹的可能。
天猫店没有中差评
天猫店没有淘宝店的中差评制度,店铺不会因为几个差评从而对品牌名誉产生影响。淘宝店里的差评所受到消费者的关注度要远高于好评,淘宝商家也会因为中差评而增加店铺运营的成本。
在消费升级的大趋势下,"90后"与"00后"将成为消费的主力军,人们对于品牌和品质的要求越来越高,淘宝也会根据消费者的购物记录来对商家的产品进行个性化推荐,而天猫店的推荐权重也在不断加大,最近更有媒体根据数据预测,2019年天猫将超越淘宝成为全球最大的电商平台!
现在无论是淘宝还是天猫,各类目的商家数量都趋于饱和的状态,天猫店的入驻难度在逐年提高,部分类目已经不再招商,而此时最快的方式就是直接买天猫店!
