从刷单被冻结店铺,到3个月把店铺做到top100
做跨境电商做了也有几年,中间经历了不少波折,这几年亚马逊飞速的发展,各种平台政策和机制越来越规范,不同于其它电商平台,亚马逊并不适合大批量铺货,小而美才是趋势。
但不要以为入驻后 就能万事大吉,亚马逊上中国卖家之间的竞争热烈程度无异于宫斗,厮杀跟卖,肉搏VC,账户被封,刷单被抓等等骚操作往往让人防不胜防, 被亚马逊冻结账号更是成了家常便饭,以下分享我的一些经验,希望对大家有所帮助。
有关解冻后的亚马逊Listing
我不知道别的大神是怎样拯救亚马逊解冻账号后的listing的,我分享下我的做法。
首先因操控评论被抓,评论被亚马逊撸光了,之前所积累的种种权重绩效瞬间灰飞烟灭,心疼的不能自己。排名这些根本就不要期望了,几十页之后有你的产品都算不错了。在被冻结账号中,痛定思过,制定了一系列的补救方法。
因操控评论被抓,所以刷单肯定是不能刷单的,打死都不能刷单的了,这种情况下,只能打起了早期评论人的主意。(因评论被撸光,所以符合相关规定)
1,早期评论人计划
早期评论人所需要的是你的产品质量要过硬,一般退货退款的,再有的选的情况下亚马逊不会发给这类买家,所以大多数都会是好评,5个早期好评来说,60刀花的并不冤枉。(当然,产品为王这个道理大家都懂,质量要是太差的话也没必要做下去了。)
在有了评论之后,也不能佛系接单,因为你的店铺是被冻结过的,绩效权重这些基本为负数,那么怎么扭转这个趋势呢?
2,选关键词
用一天时间把各个关键词分析了一遍,排除了一些竞争激烈和表现不佳的,选取了3-4个比较中肯的关键词,然后主推。先把这些词弄上首页了,有自然订单之后,产品差不多也活过来了。
3,配合站外
关于站外,因为评论基本撸空了,所以像SD这些就不用想了。所以把目光投向了一些小站点。虽然流量不大,但是每一单在这种情况下都显得非常珍贵了。
4,先亏后盈
在解冻后,你的评论绩效排名这些都比不过人家,所以就别把眼光局限在短期盈亏上面,要用战略性的眼光看待市场的发展,着重看待产品的未来收益,先亏后盈。前一个月,基本是在亏钱买流量的,广告这些都别省了,先把各个流量入口拿下了。等后期流量逐渐稳定了,自会转亏为盈。
5,有关解冻后的价格
其实很多人解冻后都是走低价促销这些熬过来的,这个本人倒是不怎么认同。因为你低价之后,想升价基本是很难升回来的了,一动价格权重基本会有所跌失,除非你能做到各关键词稳定前三。个人建议是可以打些coupon,别减价。当然,每个人的看法不一样,见仁见智。
