微信和支付宝的小程序大战已进入中场,究竟谁能领先?
对于小程序,大家并不陌生。前有微信小程序,后有支付宝小程序。显然,小程序的战争已经打响了!
曾经,腾讯的主业是社交,阿里的主业是电商,他们井水不犯河水,相安无事。
然而,随着移动互联网的普及,打破了原来他们之间的边界。微信上开始加入公众号、搜索、电商和支付,阿里也要做社交、和内容;这显然两巨头从界限清晰变得短兵相接。
二者争相进军小程序,其实都源于 "超级APP",最先的设计者是希望在一个APP上满足用户尽可能多的需要。
"超级APP"就是无所不包,无所不能的意思,像是一片森林,有各种植物、动物,而维持森林生长的不是某个单一的物种,而是生态。因此,巨头之间的单一产品、服务之争,就变成了生态之争。
因此,支付宝小程序直接摒弃社交属性,聚焦支付宝商业本质,拓展ToB业务。
在发布会上,支付宝一直强调"芝麻信用""花呗"等一系列支付宝支付闭环带给小程序开发者的便利,比如街电在利用芝麻信用推出信用免押服务以后,成交量提升了6倍。
除外界熟悉的芝麻信用、资金管理等蚂蚁金服核心能力外,来自高德的定位、导航规划、菜鸟配送、供应链等阿里系商业能力也被列入支付宝小程序的开发能力阵营。此外,支付宝团队明确小程序可以一次开发,多端运行。
而微信似乎更胜一筹。微信负责人张小龙曾介绍,小程序是一种不需要下载安装即可使用的应用,用户扫一扫或者搜一下即可打开。
微信超过10亿的用户量几乎约等于整个移动互联网人口,这让微信理所当然成为了最大的流量入口。小程序既可以成为小游戏的中心化分发平台,又可以挖掘其中的社交广告潜力,更重要的是在腾讯一直无法突破的新零售和电商领域撕开一道口子。
有数据显示,电商小程序的流量环比呈现高速增长,最高时期达到了89%。随着小程序上线能力的完善,腾讯新的增长点算是找到实在的落脚点。
总之,微信小程序是卖"时间",因为微信的在网时长最长,小程序是通过微信群和聊天中分发的;支付宝小程序称作卖"空间",合作的商家开发了小程序是为方便线上线下打通,还是要靠线下扫码调用线上小程序。
这场基于互联网生态之争的小程序大战才开始,距离分出胜负还有很长的路要走!
