论企业自媒体人的痛:同在江湖,都想出名,软文难吸粉,肿么搞?
互联网已经成为商业战争的主战场,企业已经将自媒体作为争夺领土的武器,如何搭建自己的自媒体平台,如何让自媒体为企业发声,如何利用自媒体实现市场份额的占领,已经成为品牌、市场和网络营销推广人员的必修课。
虽然做自媒体依旧是为了企业利益的最大化,但不能把自媒体作为一个纯粹的销售出口。
像FOTILE方太这个微博,他们的做法是经常会发优质的菜式做法,而很少去宣传自己的厨具如何好而让人去购买,这种做法的好处和意义是什么呢?
在如今自媒体内容泛滥的时代,你觉得作为企业自媒体应该从哪些角度去定位自己的内容,以吸引更多的受众来关注,又能达到企业品牌传播的目的?
如果当人们已经对一个品牌有认知了,你并不需要一直跟用户强调自己的商品有多么多么好,因为大家已经知道你产品质量过关。
就比如提到冰箱,就会想到海尔。这个时候,你占领市场的关键是如何让用户在决定消费的时候选择你而不是选择竞争对手。
你在自媒体内容的输出上面,除了提供产品的自身功能和价值以外,要能够提供超出用户预期的其它关联内容或者是心理价值。(心理价值指的是用户使用某个产品可以获得哪种心理层面的价值)
我想是的,这时候,用户已经知道他们怎么用了,只需要提供一个购买通道就可以了(这个场景里,已经隐性植入了方太的广告)。
如果你的品牌还不是人们脑海中可以第一个联想到的需求词汇,那你的自媒体内容,要偏重产品本身,你需要让用户知道,你的产品优势是什么,跟其它产品的差异化在哪里?对于产品的打磨,是否是良心品质?
但仍然要记住的是,你做的是自媒体,而不是销售,不要总跟用户说“快来买”,用户关心的是自己可以得到什么,而不是你卖什么。
