星巴克开通外卖渠道?四个月覆盖三十个城市,将在2019力挽狂澜!
在2018年8月到现在的2019年1月这四个多月的时间内,星巴克在绝大多数员工和运营的努力之下共计完成了将近两千家实体店的外卖渠道接入,这两千家实体店覆盖了全国整整三十多家城市,一线和二线乃至大多数三线城市的星巴克都受到此福利影响。
该品牌的官方通过和阿里巴巴的合作,成功的将自身品牌的硬实力在当下的时代提高了一个阶层;现在官方推出的不仅有会员机制的流通——还有当下最为流行的线上门店,双方合作共同打造的线上订单的特性,让顾客和用户们充分的感受到了一点,就是星巴克在其他方面的营销实力究竟如何,最终的答案可以说是相当的方便又快捷。
星巴克在国内的历史非常的悠久,给人的风格和印象早已经深入人心,在小编看来星巴克的实体店总是非常有风韵的,在服务态度和环境方面总是所有行业中的顶尖水平,放置的装饰都带着一点欧美古韵的美感。但现在的星巴克似乎想走起潮流路线,不仅做起了会员项目,还纷纷效仿当下的热点,做起了外送和线上订单。
美团外卖和饿了么等等系列网送餐饮彻底改变了当下的消费模式,人们品尝到快捷和优惠的甜果子以后就越发的爱上了线上消费。而在这方面非常不吃香的星巴克而是不断处于下风,由于许多原因,之前的官方并不打算推出外送的渠道和功能,这也导致了星巴克在便利程度落后了许多。
而让品牌官方最终决定推出外卖渠道的一个主要原因,则是不久前出现在公众视角的瑞幸——作为同样致力于咖啡的匹品牌产业,瑞幸咖啡从试营业开始的时候就推出了外卖渠道,和国内多家知名点餐平台达成合作,并且在短时间内就收获了无数的用户支持,迅速成长起来的瑞幸咖啡化身为电商成功界典范,一年内开出2000余家实体店的壮举更是化身为一代传奇。
而作为国内老品牌,星巴克这么长时间的进步与其对比起来是多么的微不足道。瑞幸从接到订单开始,到制作完成,骑手送到顾客家里,所有流程平均只需要18分钟。在对比起当时还尚未"开窍"的星巴克不禁要让顾客主动出门还没专门配置的骑手外卖,对比之下方见拙。
但至少现在来说还为时不晚,官方从下定决心推广外送渠道到现在已经过去了将近五个月的时间了。虽然说竞争愈发的激烈了,但一家跨世纪品牌在这么久的时间中,攒下来的老顾客和名声还是非常不俗的。在国内将近二十个年头的名气基础还在,只要将外送渠道推广到全国大多数店铺,小编也相信只要再多加努力,咖啡的销量和用户数量会迅速上升,很快就会反超瑞幸咖啡。
