首先,需要考虑这套房子所处的位置是市中心升值较快的地区还是偏远郊区房价平稳的地区,以及要考虑所在城市未来的发展情况,要知道房子所处的位置在很大的程度上体现了它自身的价值,试想偏远地区出租的价格与中心房屋出租的价格就相差甚远,所以在考虑“只租不卖”的前提下,要先考虑你所投资的房产所在地区的情况,不知现在还有未来,这就需要你自身有一个明确的判断了。打个比方,若在三线城市,买个面积二十平方左右的房子,投入二十万左右,装修成公寓配家电出租,每月租金有一千三百多元,这样到最后出租或者是出售都相对容易。
