在选址上,它一般选在交通便利的郊区,门店面积有1500平米。它将自己打造成一个类似于生活休闲的场所,适合全家人一起来。每个门店会有免费的篮球场等基础设施,并且会预留出15%的面积让顾客体验产品。这样一来,就大大的增加了顾客的购买欲望。
迪卡侬的产品,一直以性价比高著称。速干衣29元、轻量背包19元。这些商品被蓝色商品,同时也是店中性价比最高的,它们会被摆在商店最显眼的位置。同时,价格也比竞争对手少20%左右。在中国市场,它紧紧抓住了消费者的心理,赢得了大众的信赖。可以说是全球性价比最高的运动品牌。
