疫情过后,元气大伤的主题公园如何满血复活?
行业内,有人调侃主题公园“靠天吃饭、靠自然吃饭、靠游客吃饭”,非常脆弱,疫情将主题公园的这种脆弱暴露得淋漓尽致。1月23号之后,中国的主题公园被迫按下静止键。全国339家主题公园、1736家游乐园,327家水上乐园(其中253家是室外水上乐园、59家是室内水上乐园、15家是室内外水上乐园)关闭。还有89家动物园(含海昌、长隆等海洋动物世界)全部关闭。另外,2018年以来在建的81个主题公园、水上乐园项目也全部停工。据不完全统计,整个主题公园和游乐园停摆一个多月的时间大概损失近百亿元,其中损失更严重的是动物园。这次疫情也给大家一个提醒,旅游产业非常脆弱。
那么疫情结束之后,元气大伤的主题公园要如何发展?

鲜明的主题也是主题公园的核心,服务主题是整个主题的重要组成部分和支持性因素。主题化服务在内容上就是更加围绕整体主题,在形式上表现整体主题,有利于为游客提供鲜明的体验引导,丰富游园经历,提升整体体验价值。在体验经济下,体验价值最关键让游客恢复信心,到你这个项目来更有体验感,这就是“主题化服务”这个概念的核心。

“主题公园+旅游演艺”的战略模式,决定了旅游演艺是构成主题公园集群的重要部分。主题公园是主题受众最为广泛组合,规模成长速度最快,最具扩张力和差异化资源要素整合的发展模式。因此旅游演艺项目要利用好主题乐园在客源、信息资源、品牌、机会、人力资源等方面的优势,才更具市场生命力。同时旅游演艺的观众主体是大众旅游者,而非文化艺术界的专业人士,千万不要有高高在上的姿态,内容主题要让大众看得懂、看得欢,看得简单。主题公园里的演艺项目,丰富了主题公园的旅游内容,并且由于旅游演艺产品的融入,让主题公园的竞争力、吸引力也相应得到提升。
