同时有哪些小区可以快速拿下,小区内分布有哪些商超和服务性质的店铺,如何与物业保持良好关系,如何策划活动,用户的消费习惯等,也依赖于地推活动在一开始的调研结果。

地推开始前后的培训工作,团队心理需要建设和教育
地推的作为寻找用户和商户的团队,其作用举足轻重,每一个人都应该把它当做光荣的任务去做才对。每个团队的领导者都应该参与到日常的地推工作当中去,而不是高高在上的发号施令。
很多地推的团队都是领了地推任务,怀揣着物料,就出发了,今天效果不好,明日继续,在一遍遍受挫中激情就消耗殆尽了。在你怀疑员工的地推能力,质疑地推的效果时,有没有反思到这是为什么?
地推的结果不是由做与不做决定的,是由想与不想决定的,只要想就一定能做到,这就需要在他们出发前来一次强有力的心理建设。
而且不同的商家由于攻关难度不同,所以有时候还有制定不同的战术,当员工无法拿下时,需要对其进行必要的心理建设。使得员工明白地推的目的不仅仅只是为了铺开市场或者赚钱,而是为了传达产品价值,更是为了向用户输出某种情感,当然前提是地推人员对产品和自身有足够认知。
除了单兵作战外,很多情况其实是团队作战,人多不一定就高效,但组织职责需要明晰,同时还需要有人控场,控场者不一定拿单最多,但一定是最自信,最有气场,最了解产品和用户心理的那个人。
地推重要性已经不言而喻,只讲解产品和签单的地推严格来说,不能算作优秀。重要的是要懂得起飞线的产品价值,甚至是起飞线的价值观,这样才能让商户或用户愿意加入到起飞线的阵营当中来。赚钱很重要,但如果能够想商户传递价值观,建立起品牌信任和用户忠诚度,钱就变成地推工作成功过程中副产品。
