一、首先要明确定位
1、定位自己所处的位置
首先,你得知道自有微博目前正在处于什么位置,是处于起步,还是在发展,还是已经成熟。微博处在不同的时期,运营的侧重点也是不同的。
如果微博还处在起步和发展,运营的伙伴们就要将侧重点放在基础运营上;如果处在运营或已经成熟,就需要将侧重点更倾向于精细化运营。
2、微博内容渠道的确定
作为微博运营,需要先确定好自己是做C端的内容,还是要做B端的内容。如果运营者自己渠道定位为2B,写出的内容却是2C的,让微博的粉丝群体精准度大幅度下降。

3、粉丝群体的定位
微博号的运营者需要对自己粉丝用户有个清晰的认识。在对粉丝定位的过程中,要根据品牌和使用产品的用户属性,确定自身微博的用户群体。
比如:你的用户男女的各自占比,职业比例是学习者还是职场人士,地域分布等。
然后以上的定位,规划微博中的内容。(这里需要注意的是,除了根据产品和品牌去定位用户群体,还需要考虑到平台自身所具有的用户群体特性。)

二、基础运营
所谓基础运营,或者说是外观优化运营。如果将微博号当做产品制作。我们就需要考虑到微博怎样能够加V,如何增加粉丝用户的粘性,微博风格是否美观等。
