电商社群,只有“同频”才是群高活跃、高转化的前提!
随着互联网的不断发展,人与人的关系因为各类社交工具变得更加容易建立,并涌现出很多基于兴趣、爱好、需求而衍生的社交关系链,这类关系链后来被称作社群。
基于这个社交关系链,很多企业挖掘出了新的商业玩法,社交+电商,社区+电商,并借助社群的形式, 快速传播、快速营销、快速变现。
现在的微信群很多,人人都有微信群,想建群很容易,想运营好群很难。随着群量的越来越多,群的热度已然下降,我们可能每个人都有十几个群,但是起码有十个是屏蔽或静音的,只有那么一两个、两三个群是置顶的。所以说,现在想要建群,且让群有高活跃、高转化,并长时间的留存下来是非常困难的。
2018年社交电商的集中爆发,无一不说明着社群领域的巨大机会和潜力,社群又赋予了新的意义。对我们来说,只有“同频”,才是群活跃、长久的留存下来的前提,并通过运营达到营销推广的目的。
什么是同频群?就是这个群的整体主题、定位以及群用户的职业、兴趣、意识、言论等方面是能够与你产生共鸣,能够与你同步的。简单点说,就是三观一致,有共同目的的群。
不论是对于建群者还是加入群的成员,进入同频群能够让大家快速适应、快速融入,而且同频是大家感兴趣的群,舅容易聚在一起,更积极、更主动的做事情。
比如因某一个明星而聚在一起,如周杰伦粉丝群、TFBOYS粉丝群等;比如因某一个平台而聚集到一起,如今日头条作者群、淘宝群、网易推手群、每日一淘群等;比如因某一种行为而聚集在一起,如樊登读书交流群、蚂蜂窝旅游群;可以基于身份而聚集,比如妈妈群、学生群等等。
这些群都可归为“同频”群,在这些群里因为大家有着都共同的认同和价值观,也才能保持长期的活跃与连接。
想要让群长久的留存与活跃,必须有内容进行填充。内容输出是社群存在的保证,持续输出有价值的内容,则是社群生命力的重要指标。在社群的成立之初,都有一定的活跃度,但若不能持续提供价值内容,社群的活跃度会慢慢下降,最后沦为广告群,甚至是死群。
优质的社群一定要能提供稳定的价值内容,如坚持定期分享、定期培训、定期打卡、定期有大咖指导等等。
所以,在建群前,请花时间去规划,你要建什么样的群,群主题定位是什么,如何运营,提供什么样的稳定输出,长期群还是短期群等,可以先提前准备好一个月的内容与详细计划,进行试水。
可能现在有做电商推广的朋友说,已经有了电商群、推广群了,那么群内肯定会有平台提供的产品、素材、培训等,但是你想要把群长久的做下去,并且群能够高效的完成营销和变现,显然目前的内容还是很单一的。
你要从你的群中,去了解、去挖掘群员的真实需求,并结合用户画像,去提供更适合他们的内容,这个内容一定要是大家感兴趣的,能够促使大家能够变现的,或者是间接能够让大家提升成长的,总之,你要让群员愿意在你这个群里,喜欢在你这个群里,你想要让他们离开,他们都不愿离开才行。好好思考一下吧!
