新零售的四大商业逻辑
新技术的出现是对“场”的重要改造,使得人和货之间的信息传递发生了重要变化。传统零售是人找货,B2C电商则是货找人。支付技术、大数据、新媒体营销技术等应用导致“场”发生了重大变化,提升了商品流通和需求满足效率。

目前“超市+餐饮”主要有三种合作模式:
第一,以店中店形式对餐饮企业进行招租,以弥补实体店体验性不足。
第二,与成熟餐饮品牌合资合作,或将中央厨房外包,选择合适餐饮企业为门店配送半成品。
第三,“零售企业控股+合伙人运营”的品牌孵化模式,将餐饮业态塑造为企业的独特竞争力。
餐饮业态的组合使得线下流量大大增加,体验升级则使得线下流量的重复购买可持续。
门店数据化提升经营效率
盒马鲜生这一类新零售业态,基本蹚出了这样一条路:线下购物体验—产生信任—安装APP—线上下单—店面快速送货+未来中心仓配货—大数据C2B管理。
不管是新零售还是旧零售,客户数量、频次、客单价、流程效率、营收增长率等指标,都是最关键的指标。其中线下流量转到线上,是需要新技术来具体实施的。最后在供应链和ERP端打通线上线下,利用大数据实现C2B模式。
