公司如果有这三个迹象,可能快要面临倒闭了~
互联网时代,公司崛起的速度很快,下滑的速度更快。人人网3年,开心网2年,凡客1年,摩拜和ofo差不多5-6个月……
作为一个普通的职场人,大势面前,你是否意识到风险的存在?能不能及时跳下沉船?哪些迹象表明这家公司快不行了?
1. 拼命强调销售业绩,控制成本
大部分公司,以销售为导向很正常,成本控制也是。但是好好一个公司突然打了鸡血一样,拼命强调销售导向或者成本控制,那就非常可疑了。
举一个奇葩公司的奇葩制度:
大区总监和所有中层,只要连续三个月销售排名最后三位,不管什么原因,不管能力如何,统统降级;业绩好的不管管理能力如何,一律高升。
当公司推出这种鸡血制度,就是向员工传递一个声音:“我要钱,现在就要。”公司为什么会这么猴急?自然是缺钱了,而且缺钱缺到了公司已经无法考虑以后的事情了。这是可怕的信号。
2. 突然要搞狼性文化
搞“狼性文化”的公司不少见,但如果原本文化相对宽松人性的企业,突然要转狼性,就很可疑了。
很多时候,搞“狼性文化”不是因为有用,而是因为公司失去了方向,陷入了困境。不能折腾事的时候,就开始折腾人了。于是乎,强制打卡、强制加班、人事斗争、公司搬迁到郊区等损招都出来了。对员工来说,这就是一个征兆。
3. 员工完不成业绩,人员流动频繁,办公室氛围极差
当公司进入下滑轨道的时候,员工同样会很挣扎。
当公司处于衰落期,制定了不甚合理的业绩指标,却没有给员工足够资源去实现指标。面对无法完成的业绩,员工内心肯定也有挫败感。这种负面环境下,人才流失的几率极高,最终恶性循环:
业绩越差,氛围越差,人才流失率越高;
人才流失率越高,业绩更差,氛围更差。
当你看到身边的同事无精打采,优秀的人才离开公司,高管辞职,新领导上任,这些事情陆续发生在自己公司的时候,务必把自己从每天的日常工作中拽出来,思考一下自己的职业未来。
