公司倒闭前都有迹象,出现这5个现象,找原因还不如早找出路
有过打工经历的人都知道,找一份相对稳定的工作是多么值得庆贺的一件事情:薪酬福利有保障,工作时间久了升职加薪都很容易,免去这里干几天了又要找新的工作东奔西跑的烦恼。员工想在一个公司一直工作下去,但有时候现实就是那么残酷。任何事物都有生命周期,公司也有生命周期,只不过时间长短而已,就连马云都说阿里巴巴可以存活101年,马云这样说不一定是真实的,但从某个方面也说明了公司都是有生命周期的。
有的员工很幸运的进入到了一个处在发展上升的公司,自己的职场之路也会跟着一帆风顺,但是有的员工可能到新公司工作2年甚至更短的时间公司就要倒闭了,自己感觉非常不幸运。公司衰落甚至倒闭都有迹象可寻,作为公司的员工要早发现苗头早做打算,免得自己的职场发展道路受到影响。公司一旦出现这5个现象,员工就要早做安排打算了。
1、业务少
公司的主打业务在逐渐萎缩甚至大幅度缩水,后续的业务开发能力无法跟上,或者整个市场大环境的挤压。业务是公司存在的命脉,当业务逐渐减少后会带来一系列的不良反应。公司的业绩出现倒退,整个公司的运转出现严重危机,哪怕开源节流都不能挽回颓势,最终可能导致整个公司的崩盘。
2、拖工资
这是比较严重的问题,对于靠拿工资的人来说,拖欠工资就正如断了员工的口粮,搞得员工吃饭都成问题了。说明没有资金或者储备金了,资金链在逐渐断裂,公司在资金方面再无继续输血的能力,公司基本上已经到了无力回天的地步了。
3、谣言起
公司要是处在倒闭的边缘,一些头脑灵活的员工就会善于观察,并且得出结论,同时会把看到听到或者想到的关于公司的一些情况说给要好的同事,经过层层传播,可能与事实相去甚远,导致公司谣言四起,从而造成整个公司人心涣散,士气低落 。
4、程序烦
公司制定的一些程序以前比较简单,但是现在提出说要搞优化,弃简就繁,加强监管。把一些比较简单的问题复杂化,如财务报销制度就审查很严格,甚至要层层审,层层签字,搞得人心生怨气。以前就是扁平化管理,突然来个金字塔管理,让人一下适应不过来,搞得人人都喊累,人人都喊烦,这样做的结果只会加剧人心涣散,或者勾心斗角。
5、制度严
当公司开始衰落的时候,外部的生存环境已经不适合企业生存后,公司可能就会把注意力转向内部管理。妄图通过制定严格的制度来规范员工行为,并企图扭转不利局面,如强化员工考勤等。从某种程度上来说,也反应了企业的员工早就是“身在曹营心在汉”,员工已经没有积极性,不排除部分员工盼着企业早点倒闭了,倒闭后等着拿补偿金,整个一混的状态。
