程序员跨界创业,3年玩转鲜花电商,如今一年销售额达7亿
王柯有过编程背景,2005年开始创业,做过服装搭配、电商摄影等,都是和鲜花完全无关的事业。一次欧洲旅行让他发现国内鲜花市场的空白,王珂便产生了用互联网改造升级鲜花行业的想法。于是2015年,王柯成立了鲜花电商平台,开启了自己3年3大步,融资过亿,一年销售额达到近7亿元的耀眼成绩。

第一步,打造全新的贩卖模式,用订阅销售代替传统零售。
消费者通过在花加平台上挑选喜欢的鲜花,付费后等待鲜花上门,整个过程就像平常的网购一样简单又方便。平台最早推出的是99元的鲜花包月套餐,每月4次每周一束花,性价比很高,对于爱花、收入又不高的妹子们来说确实很让人心动。
鲜花订阅的销售模式,在一定程度上增加了顾客的粘性,提高消费频次,且预订的模式缓解了花加前期的资金压力,让花加能够有充足的资金打通各个环节,为未来的发展打好基础。

第二步,自建鲜花供应链,完善物流体系。
随着销量持续增加,王柯决定自建供应链。针对产业链的上游,精选了行内四千多家优秀的供应商,总共加起来有5万多亩花田。同时保证鲜花的品质和足够的供应量,在北京、上海、深圳等7个城市建立了仓储中心以及现代化鲜花工厂。
至于运输,王柯放弃保鲜差,损耗率高的传统运输,转而与物流公司合作,采取冷链物流从陆路将产品配送至各地的仓库,再又专业团队将产品送到顾客,以最短的时间,让鲜花在最美的时刻出现在顾客面前。

第三步,玩转花式营销,一年发货3000万盒
2017年《三生三世十里桃花》大火,花加与优酷平台合作将北京西单地铁站改造为现实版的十里桃林;丧文化突然盛行时,花加在上海开出了一家解忧花店,用美丽的鲜花给生活带来积极向上的正能量;到了2018年,营销更加深入,今年热播的《一千零一夜》便是以花加作为故事的原型,剧中的某些桥段更是真实故事。
凭借优秀的产品保障,加上层出不穷的创意营销,花加在短短3年时间,累计用户超过了900万,月发货量高达250万件,一年累计卖出3.6亿支鲜花,年销售额达到近7亿元,稳居大众满意度最高的鲜花电商排行榜头位。
